Support for me

If you have been affected by any form of child sexual abuse, domestic abuse or sexual violence including rape, sexual assault or sexual harassment at any time in your life, we are here for you.

We also offer support to women affected by stalking, harassment, female genital mutilation/cutting, forced marriage, so-called ‘honour-based’ abuse and exploitation.

If you are in danger right now or need urgent medical care, call 999.

You may be having different thoughts and emotions right now. You may be feeling confused or you may not be feeling anything at all.

We want you to know that all of your feelings are natural and that you are not to blame.

You have options about what happens next. You can take some time to think and make choices in your own time. We are here for you when you are ready.

If you have been sexually assaulted or raped within the last ten days, a local Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC) can offer you medical and practical support.

You can also report domestic abuse, sexual abuse or violence that has happened at any time in your life.

Find out more about your options when it comes to reporting.

If you are not quite sure what it is that you need right now, but that you might want to talk to someone, we are here for you. There are a few different ways you can contact us for support.
