If you are not quite sure what it is that you need right now, but that you might want to talk to someone, we are here for you. There are a few different ways you can contact us for support.
We know it takes courage to talk to someone about what has happened to you.
We appreciate that finding the words is sometimes difficult and you might not know what to say. We will be there for you in that moment and you have complete control over what you say and share with us.
You can call our Helpline on 01208 77099 on Monday to Friday 10am – 1pm and Monday evenings from 6pm – 9pm. The woman who answers your call will listen to you, believe you and accept you just as you are. If we can’t support you in the way you need, we will help find someone who can.

We offer empowering support to women in Cornwall affected by domestic abuse, child sexual abuse, rape or any other form of sexual violence for up to 20 sessions. Women can access our support either online, over the phone or in person.
