37 hours a week to be worked flexibly

Contract until March 2028

A pilot programme is launching in Cornwall  supporting women and families affected by repeated child removals. We are looking for someone experienced in trauma informed practice to build relationships and support women with complex needs that may be suffering trauma and loss.

Working flexibly and collaboratively alongside the children’ s and adult’s services, you will develop a network of support alongside partner agencies, linking families with services and improving co-ordination.

As a Keyworker, you will provide a trusted single point of contact, advocate for parents within the multi-agency system and work alongside children’s and adults’ services to prevent future removals. You will support families following separation from their children, helping reduce the trauma of care proceedings, promoting sustainable, positive change.

If you’re passionate about supporting women and working with partners to do things differently, we’d love to hear from you.

Full details of the role can be found below in the Job Description and Person Spec.

Please submit applications to our HR Manager, Nicola Cass
