Award-winning documentary HOLLOWAY is coming to Cornwall

August 28, 2025

We’re proud to be co-hosting this special Q&A screening of award-winning documentary HOLLOWAY at Poly Falmouth on Saturday 6th September at 7.30pm.

The screening will be followed by a Q&A with a panel of experts including producer Polly Creed.

The film explores sisterhood, trauma and the prison system for women.

HOLLOWAY follows six remarkable women - Mandy Ogunmokun, Lady Unchained, Aliyah Ali, Sarah Cassidy, Gerrah, and Tamar Mujanay - as they return to the now-demolished Holloway Prison and share their stories of survival, healing, and transformation through a women’s circle.

This is a film about failing systems - and the immense human capacity for hope, truth-telling and change.

Directed by Emmy-nominated Sophie Compton and BAFTA Breakthrough Daisy-May Hudson, HOLLOWAY won the Audience Award at the BFI London Film Festival and is receiving widespread acclaim.

Tickets cost £9.20/£7.70/£7.00.
