Rape Crisis England & Wales offer online and helpline support and offer resources to help you understand the impact of sexual abuse/violence and developing skills to coping with trauma. 

National Telephone Helpline

0808 802 9999

The National Helpline is provided by Rape Crisis South London. It offers confidential emotional support, information and referral details. 

Open between 12:00-14:30 and 19:00-21:30 every day of the year. 

RCEW Services             

The Rape Crisis England & Wales Live Chat Helpline is a free, confidential service for women and girls whose lives have been affected by sexual violence. The Live Chat Helpline operators are there to listen and offer emotional support for up to 45 minutes. You can talk about what happened to you, how you feel, and any difficulties you are facing.
